We work exclusively with artisans skilled in ancient Maya weaving techniques to give you One of a Kind, Fashionable and Handmade collars with cultural heritage!
Despite the ancient techniques, the designs and colors of their textiles marvel any modern day observer. As Los Angeles-based product designers, we knew that these beautiful and culturally significant designs could be so much more. The world needed to be introduced to these humble artisans.

Care Instructions
If the leather is soiled, it can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth using a lather of any mild soap with lukewarm water. Avoid contact with salt or chlorine water. For best results, use leather conditioner occasionally. The textile can be cleaned with a brush, water, and mild soap.
Who Are The Artisans That Make AMOR Collars?
We work with two communities of female artisans in Chiapas, Mexico to create our collars. As we grow, we'll be able to give more and more weavers a source of stable income. By tradition, only females are allowed to learn these weaving techniques and the know-how is passed down from mother to daughter generation after generation.
How Much Do The Artisans Earn?
We let the artisans set their own prices so that they are able to earn a livable wage( a wage that covers their living expenses ). On average, they earn 20-25% of our retail price.
Will You Be Coming OUt With An XL Size?
Yes, we are currently in the design phase for these collars.
Warranty & Returns
1-year limited warranty with proper use. We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after your purchase has shipped. Although our collars are made with resistant materials, the durability of our collars depends on their use and the behavior of your dog. Our warranty does not cover collars that have been chewed.
