If the leather is soiled, it can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth using a lather of any mild soap with lukewarm water. Avoid contact with salt or chlorine water. For best results, use leather conditioner occasionally. The textile can be cleaned with a brush, water, and mild soap.
We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after your purchase has shipped. 1-year limited warranty with proper use. Although our collars are made with resistant materials, the durability of our collars depends on their use and the behavior of your dog. Our warranty does not cover collars that have been chewed.
My brother bought one of these collars for each of my dogs. One of them was a little loose and they got it off and shredded it. I was heartbroken. Luckily they still had it in stock and I immediately bought a new one. That one was too big and once I emailed them they sent me a return label and once they got the old one they sent me a brand new one. I had to make an in between hole so that it was tight enough that it wouldn’t be pulled off without it being too tight. It is so beautiful and I am so happy and amazed at the beautiful craftsmanship and customer service. I love them so much. Truly amazing and overjoyed with everything. Thank you so much.

If my dog didn't already have a ton of collars I would buy more of these! They are beautifully made and look fantastic. We work on a farm and they have both held up great.
